Building Standards has to be met, such buildings must be earthquake resistant structures, walls of buildings (facade) must be resistant to attack firearms (equal caliber M-16) and does not leak and electromagnetic waves from the outside should not be entered into the building .

To prevent entry of electromagnetic waves from outside come into the building then used Precast Prestressed Concrete Floors ( Hollow Core Slab ) and Precast Concrete Walls ( facade ) Products from PT. Beton Elemenindo Perkasa , which has been modified (Fig.2, 7, 8).
This modification is done by using additional reinforcement Wire Mesh (2M3-20) called Faraday cage , both on Hollow Core Slab (HCS) and the facade.
Faraday cage serves as a medium and channel to prevent electromagnetic waves from the outside so tidah come into the room, where between one another HCS or HCS, with between one another facade facade with adjoined by using the media conductor (Fig. 4 and Fig.5 ).
Room therein do not use the ceiling, where the bottom surface of HCS Flooring (Expose), was used directly as the ceiling (fig. 6). Testing-been done is by spraying the surface of the facade with water (fig. 11) and testing using the M-16 rifle with a range of 20 meters.
