This paper content of some results of research that according to the effect of rust remover application at the concrete reinforced steel. Many factors can caused of the concrete structure failure, such as bonding strength between concrete and reinforecement itself. This bonding strength could be decreased if surface of the reinforced steel before casting was dirty,may be cause of the corrosion deposit and so on. Reschedulllling of the strcture work project such as harbours, buildings, bridges, become the uncover concrete reinforced steel would be contaminate by dirty or rush cause of environment. The corrion processes would be running concerning with the added time, so could be decreasing the life time of the building structure, because of the strength of the concrete reinforcement constructure only supported by concrete. People can buy the rust remover product anywhere, but it is not yet conducted in maximum manner. From the reseach result of any product rust remover, verified in science manner, that it could be increasing the bonding strength of concrete to its reinforced and would be decreasing the corrosion speed of acceleration, so that would be increasing the life time of the concrete structures.

Many factors that caused the failure of a concrete structure such as the bond strength or adhesive strength (bonding strength) of concrete. Decrease in bond strength of concrete with tulangannya can occur when the surface of the steel bars used before or after the casting there is excrement in the form of deposits of corrosion, soil, oil, lubricants, etc..
building projects such as Function, buildings, bridges, etc. which has been delayed long enough jobs can cause surfaces will undergo a process of reinforcing steel corrosion, especially in corrosive environments such as coastal areas, industry, etc.. If the corrosion process is ignored at the time of execution of development was continued, without any special treatment, then the corrosion process will continue and adhesive strength of concrete reinforcing steel decreased.
The results show that the influence of liquid detergent on the metal material is very good because in addition to functioning as a cleaning liquid detergents may also increase the bonding strength between the concrete because concrete used had a special treatment as well as the coating of metal or non metal, so the declining strength construction of concrete due to corrosion can be slowed. The quality of concrete used to study tensile strength characteristics of reinforced concrete has a 222 Kg / cm (K222).
